I went to science centre yesterday . We heard that there was a exhibit on how they make films on radio. my mother did not go with us as she had to go to work. There were many new exhibits there like there was the magic mirror which could change your identity . There was exhibits on animals at the second level and near the pixar studio , there was a exhibits on fire . In the pixar studio , we got to take a picture first and then go in . In there they show you different kinds of sketching sketch the people . You can see that woody from toy story look very different last time and buzz look very cute . What i liked most in there was many modles of the toy story 3 but when it turns , the modlel seems to be moving .

Today , my cousin asked me out to somerset to this icing shop . At first , i am not really interested in this because i did not really understand what they have there. My cousiin then explained to me that it is a prepared cake and you have to decourate it. For me, i drew a heart using the icing and i wanted to draw a skull but end up it smudge so i decided to draw many heart and end up it look like a piece of poo.My cousin drew the letter 'p' which stands for papa . But it ended up smuging . i wanted to redo but i told myself that this is my first attempt . i will do better next time . There were many people besides us doing the same too . Their decorations are beautiful!!! We could hear people behind us talking about our cakes . well it was embarressed but at least i have a experienment.

Finally , i could take my own luggage overseas ! Our flight to Bali was at 4+ but the flight was delayed for 35 minutes. 2 hours past very fast . I wasn't even done wathching glee 1 . It was already 7+ when we reached there and me and my brother were starving. I can tell Bali service is quite bad . It took us 1 hour to go pass the immigration and to add salt to the wound , the driver who suppose to fetch us to our villa came late . They said the driver had an accident but my father did not believe , he thinks it is an excuse. The villa is very BIG and BEAUTIFUL !!!
The bedroom was very big and we even had our own swimming pool and garden .The workers then cook us dinner( burger ) and went for a relaxing bathtub.
Yawn ! I woke up from my beauty sleep . My mom told us we are going tubing and also we are sitting the buggy. It was like 2 hours long and + the traffic , 1 hour long = 3 hours long , Zzz . When we reached there , it was very cold and we when for the tubing first . Wow ! There was many waterfall ( the short one , not the long one) It made my pants wet . I sat once myself and another time with my brother . I fell down into the water once and i was drenced and my legs have blueblack all over. Halfway down the waterfall, We also did flying fox .It was FUN! We then had our lunch . The mee goreng was delicious ! Next we sat the buggy. It was shaky . We were like going up then down . I sat with my mother who accidentally bang into my father ( with my brother) which cause me a blueblack on the sole of my foot . Anyway after the whole thing , our pants were all muddy . We had to sit on a towel on the way back and i can tell you , it is very uncomfortable. Well , my brother was excited to get back and play with the workers there.
Double yawn ! What is it today . Well , bet it is aother tiring day . From the villa to the safari was long.....The safsri is quite different from the zoo in sigapore. I took a photo with a baby orangutan and sat a camel . But i like the safari journey best because i took many beautiful photo of the animals there. Other then those , there was the water world and some mini roller coaster . There was the marine park to but it was half bulit . I saw some pirahnas and a bone of an animal hanging down in the tank . well, i must have missed the feeding time.After all these , ke-gan(my bro)bought some minature animals while i bought an soft toy(owl).Next the tour guide , uncle dana(me and my bro likes to play with him) and the driver drived us to tang-kok-wat(don blame me i don know how to spell) Well , we went ther for the sake of sunset but guess it was cloudy that day. Dana then bought us to a restuarant and my parents ordered alot alot of food so dana and the driver must help to finish too. We then went to the villa and i got to play my father laptop.
We did not actually wanted to go out to anyway today but after hearing some places recommmended by Dana . We went to a beach (don know what it is called)We first when to turtle island . I carried a tucan and a bat . I touch an eagle and a turtle and put a snack around my neck and carried a big lizard(forgot what it is called).But these are so cruel ! What did they do that make the birds not fly away from the trees . They scotched tape the snakes mouth and the cages are so small , they don have enough freedom and they will keep persuading you until you buy something from them. So,AVOID THE ISLAND!!!Anyway , we sat th banana boat and i went parasailing . WOW! I culd see the vast of sea from on top. We then when to a soviener shop after this . I bought a date thing for my sworn sister and keychains for my good friends .Then we are off to see my favorite animal , the monkey . It is a temple filled with monkeys and we got to wear something like a skirt to go in.My brothers packet of peanuts was stolen by the monkey . It was so hot that i was greatful when we when into the car.When we reached home , ke-gan and i went for a swim . My mom join in a bit later . We played with the new toys we bought it was a sponge gun which could spray water out. So when my parents went for the massage , Me and Ke-GAn had a mission . We started going around spraying the workers . It was so much fun !!!!At night , we had BBQ . It was delicious but i fed some of the food to the cat (The cat is a stray cat)Then as usual ,Zzz!
It was the last day, we ate our breakfast ,watched some tv in the TV room and Dana fetched us to the airport. As usual when we reached the airprt , the immigration was long but not as long as the first time. We ate macdonals and went to the plane. Well, i watched glee 2. We were happy to see our grandparents again but we hopr we can go to Bali again. (The same villa if possible. Haha!)

After our first attempt of baking , my mother and i decided to continue baking . We baked a chocolate cake for my brother birthday. The inside part of the cake was delicious ! It taste like brownie . But i am not so much of a chocolate person so i did not like the outside part.

Next , it was my ah kim's birthday . My cousin and i decided to bake blueberry muffins. We cannnot find any butter milk so we mix butter with milk and i forgot to put the frozen blueberrys in the freezer so it melted. These are all WRONG !!! the muffins turned out sour and the colour of it is blue. But we got it right in the end .

We also baked fairy cake (cupcakes) . One time with my mother and one time with my sworn sister (Nicole Teow) with my mother , we baked sunflower cupcakes. It was so so so so tiring doing the icing . I got to cut and stick. The second time , we baked princess fairy cake . The icing was terribble looking so we did not make much cupcakes with the icing on.

I WILL CONTINUE TO BAKE!!!!

i went to universal studio last sunday with my cousins , family and my mother's friend. The place was big. First , we took some photos with frankinstein, kungfu pannda and one more that i do not reconised. This was in hollywood.
Next , we went to madagascar. We can't ride most of the things there. They had a coming soon signboard placed outside.
We then went to far far away.We took a non-scary roller coaster. One of my grandparents took it . i can
figure out that she was kind of scared as she was squezing my lap.We also watch a 4d shrek . It was great!
The lost world was next. We sat a float which goes through some kind of river thing.I got wet but the wettest is my mother's friend and he driest is one of my cousin andi.We then felt hungry and went to a big food court.Then after eating, we sat the canopy flyer. i thought it was kind of scary but it was actually fun.
Next was the ancient egypt. at first, they sat the scary indoor roller coaster. i did not sit it as it was scary. Sylvia my cousin then encourage me to be brave and so i sat it. i squeezed sylvia's hand so hard as there was one part when the roller coaster goes down 90 degree straight.We did not sit the treasure hunters as there was a long queue.
Sylvia , the-love-to-sit-roller-coaster-girl, then went for the scariest roller coasters at sci-Fi city . The human and the cyclone. We went to see effects of a hurrican.That was loud but ain' scary . we then had food at mel's drive in.
Sylvia and i sat the mini roller coaster a few times and she sat the human again too after eating.my mother then decide William(mother's friend son), sylvia , andi and i sit the one where the float float through the water .We brought our raincoat as we will get when . andi did not bring his as he thinks he will still get lucky.Suddenly, there was lighting and started raining cats and dogs . We ran out of that place with our raincoats . sylvia and i were likely to get wet as we shared a raincoat and andi used one .We were drenched when we reached the restuarant our family were. lukily i brought a towel and i shared it with sylvia.
It was a fun day indeed.

Usually, my family do not bake , but since my mother's friend gave her a oven ,my mother decided that we bake. so i went internet and found a very cool website . if you want to know it , it is 'joy of baking'. i decided to make chocolate chip as it is very basic and this our first time.
so yesterday, my family went to buy ingredients for baking chocolate chip cookies. We bought things like brown sugar , flour, vanilla, chocolate chips.......
Anyway, after buying , we went home and started baking.my mother and i were tired from creaming the butter.
after our first attempt, it was fat and thick but still delicous. so we made it found a solution and the cookies became like the ones in famous amos. It was delicious.
Today , i gave it to some of my friends, they also said the same thing 'delicious','yummy'!
next time we are going to make sugar cookies!
